Henderson or Hardie?

At first glance, these two bass tops look like the same maker..... let's look closer.

Comparison shot - Hardie on top, Henderson below. The cord beads are similar....but subtly different.

Projecting mounts, 1954 Hardie on top, 1922 Henderson on bottom. Similar...but cut subtly different.

Same comparison of bottom projecting mounts.......pretty close!

See how the Hardie(top) has a slightly flatter bead than the Henderson(bottom).
